EK offered Finland to pass to the European standard of a railway track

Yevropeyskaya commission offered Finland to pass from JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BANK RUSSKY STANDART" a railway track to the European. About it reports information agency "RIA Novosti" with reference to MINISTRY FOR TRANSPORT and communications Finland. According to agencies, EK offered Finland to build new tracks according to the European standard. Also the plan for the translation of existing ways for the European track has to be made. The European track is equal 1435 mm, the Russian track makes 1524 mm. To Finland the Russian track is used. Thus to Finland do not support idea of EK on transition to the European track...
