Moscow warns the western countries against attempts not to execute the second part of "the grain bargain", concluded in Istanbul. About it today, on August 2, reports daily business newspaper "RBK daily", referring to the statement of the official representative Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova.
