Prosecutor's office Tarbagatai district Republic of Buryatia held the state charge on criminal case concerning the inhabitant of Ulan-Ude, repeatedly judged for plunder someone else's property. He is found guilty of the commission of crime, 158 h provided by the Art. 3 items "and" of the criminal code of Russian Federation (theft, that is secret plunder someone else's property, made with illegal penetration into the dwelling). In court it is established that accused in February, 2022 it was released from imprisonment places where served sentence for commission of two thefts.
