Prosecutor's office of Tula region on a constant basis is exercised supervision of performance of the Federal law of 31.07.2020 No. 248-FZ "About state control (supervision) and municipal control to Russian Federation". In the first half of the year 2022 at implementation of supervision of performance of the legislation in the sphere of protection of the rights of subjects business activity 2 255 violations of the law are revealed, 302 protests by results of which consideration it is cancelled and changed 215 illegal legal acts are brought, 39 statements are sent to court, 472 representations, by results of which consideration of 353 persons are brought...
