The ex-head declared Panama to Martinelli intention again to participate in elections

The former president Panama Martinelli Ricardo concerning whom criminal case about corruptions was brought, reported in the microblog that plans to stand as the independent candidate on elections of the head of state in 2024. He headed the republic from 2009 to 2014. Martinelli Ricardo wrote that already officially registered the candidate in election commission. He added that is going to be "the candidate of all independent Panamanians".
