July 28. information agency "Interfaks" - the Supervisory board of State kompaniya "Autodor" "The uniform operator" on creation for 13,1 billion rubles intellectual transport systems on highway M-12 Moscow - Kazan with its subsequent operation approved the long-term operator agreement with company. As appears from "Avtodor" message, the initial (maximum) price of the agreement for stages of creation makes 13,1 billion rubles including VAT. The amount of advancing at a creation stage – 70% of the sum of financings, is provided with bank guarantee. The first advance payment of 1 billion rubles will be paid till September of this year...
