INTERFAX-SOUTH - Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia" became the only participant competitions JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "TEPLOKOMMUNENERGO" (Rostov-on-Don) on the right of granting companies revolving lines of credit with a limit of 600 million rubles.
