"Golden parachute" packed into budget

Deputies of State Assembly of the Mari El Republic (parliament) Mari El Republic found "golden parachute" in amendments to the regional budget which the acting the head of the republic Youri Zaytsev suggested to introduce. Single payment in 2,5 million rubles is intended for the former head of the region Alexander Aleksandrovich Yevstifeev who retired on May 10.
