Bogorodskoye prosecutor's office of the Nizhny Novgorod region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the chief of one of rescue and fire fighting parts of regional managements Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters. He is accused of commission of the crimes provided p.1 by Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (excess of powers of office), p.1 by Art. 292 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (office forgery).
