Interregional prosecutor's office of the Borovichi district of the Novgorod region carried out an inspection according to the address local the inhabitant upon his insult. It is established that in April, 2022 the man, being in the house adjoining territory of one of houses on Borovichskaya St. in Borovichi during the conflict to the local because of a parking cars near an entrance of a house offended it in an indecent form, having humiliated his honor and advantage. On this fact the prosecutor initiated proceedings on an administrative offense on Art. 5.61 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences (insult) against the man.
