Two ministers Viktor Yanukovych in absentia accused of state change

Former heads the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry yustitsii Ukrainy in absentia accused of high treason, the general prosecutor's office reports the countries. Names of officials in department do not specify, but explain that these people involved in development and to signing of the agreement of 2010 which allows the Russian fleet to remain in Republic of Crimea till 2025. It should be noted that in 2010 Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych directed, the Ministry of Justice was headed by Helena Lukasz, and Grishchenko Konstantin was the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
