Elections not without candidates

This week the petition stage for registration of candidates in governors comes to an end. 88 people apply for 14 chairs, each of which needed to pass the so-called municipal filter: to collect a certain number of signatures of local heads and deputies of the region. This year at parliamentary opposition with this procedure of problems did not arise — including thanks to helps United Russia party members.
