Authors of theses should not be published in foreign editions

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION is reconsidered by such requirement to competitors of scientific degrees to Cancel the requirement about the international publications for competitors of scientific degrees offered in MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. The corresponding draft of the government resolution is developed by department. Now the main scientific results of the thesis have to be published in reviewed scientific editions.
