The president Italy Sergio Mattarella signed the decree about carrying out early elections in parliament on September 25. About it reports information agency "RIA Novosti". According to agencies, the president accepted retired the prime minister Mario Draghi and chapter of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Luchana Lamordzheze. They submitted the decrees which have been earlier approved by Council of ministers of the country.
