The first stage of works on improvement of the square of Cherokmanov in Yelets is complete. Updating of public space became possible thanks to a victory of the project of its transformation in the all-Russian online vote at the choice of territories for improvement within the federal draft "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment" of the "Housing and Urban Environment" national project in 2021.
