Prosecutor's office Moscow region district of City Kazan Republic of Tatarstan held the state charge on criminal case concerning the 34-year-old local. Court found it guilty of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 157 (failure to pay funds for the maintenance of children). In court it is established that the defendant is obliged to pay monthly funds for the maintenance of the minor child. However during the period from May to October, 2020 the man evaded from payment of the alimony, financial supports to the child did not render.
