In Kazan the 51-year-old woman is condemned for fictitious registration of foreigners

Prosecutor's office Privolzhsk district cities Kazan Republic of Tatarstan held the state charge on criminal case concerning the 51-year-old local resident. Court found her guilty of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided by Art. 322.3 (fictitious registration of the foreign citizen in a place of stay to Russian Federation). In court it is established that during the period from November, 2021 to March, 2022 the defendant, acting as a host, submitted to migratory service documents on registration of 36 foreign citizens in the apartment.
