The deputy prosecutor of the republic Sergei Belov approved the indictment on criminal case concerning T. accused of commission of two crimes provided by h. 2 Art. 285 of the criminal code of Russian Federation, (use by the official of the office powers contrary to interests of the service, local governments made by chapter, from mercenary interest and the entailed essential violation of interests of the state protected by the law).
