District court of the Kolosovka district of the Omsk region pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning the former director of the municipal unitary Specialized municipal unitary enterprise "Kommunalnik" who was accused of commission of two crimes provided by h. 3 Art. 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (fraud, made by the person with use of the official position).
