The Supreme court refused to consider complaint the communist Valery Rashkin on his exile from State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and recommended to it to appeal straight to the Constitutional court (KS). In turn, KS explained earlier to the ex-deputy that there he should complain only after exhaustion of all other judicial remedies. The expert says that the next refusal testifies to unwillingness of the highest vessels to join in a political conflict, but the communist still has an opportunity to reach KS.
