It is established that City administration of Komsomolsk-na-Amure provided a subsidy to Municipal unitary enterprise "Teplotsentral" with violation of the order established by the law as the enterprise had debt on taxes, to collecting and other obligatory payments. In the subsequent means of the received subsidy were used by the enterprise not on purpose. As a result of the taken measures of public prosecutor's reaction the perpetrator is brought to administrative responsibility according to Art. 15.14 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation"...
