Court to Amur Region was sent to a colony of the ex-mayor of Uglegorsk

Blagoveshchensky municipal court of Amur region pronounced a sentence to Tsiolkovsky's former mayor Sergei Levitsky, reported newspaper "Kommersant" in the press service of vessels today, on July 8. The ex-mayor is found guilty of abuse of powers of office (h. 2 Art. 285 of the criminal code of Russian Federation), receiving bribe (h. 4 Art. 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation) and preventing lawful business activity (p.1 Art. 169 of the criminal code of Russian Federation). Thus court justified it in charge of legalization of money (p.1 Art. 174 of the criminal code of Russian Federation) in the absence of crime structure.
