Primorsky Krai transport prosecutor's office directed to court four criminal cases on the facts of attempt at bribery and uses of false documents

The seaside transport prosecutor approved indictments concerning four employees of the enterprise of railway transport. They are accused of commission of the crimes provided by h. 3 Art. of 30 h. 3 Art. 291 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (attempt at bribery to the official through the intermediary for commission of obviously illegal actions) and h. 5 Art. 327 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (use of obviously false document).
