Dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina can proceed at most two more years. The speaker declared European Parliament on Kosovo Viola von Kramon on July 6. According to her, the special representative of EU on dialogue Belgrade and Pristina Miroslaw Laychak has to finish this process within the mandate.
