Results of a thriathlon of IRONSTAR ZAVIDOVO 2022. Winners of SUPERMIX – Permitin Vasilii and Polyanskaya Anastasia

On July 3 in the Zavidovo passed competitions in IRONSTAR thriathlon at a distance ⅛, 1/4 and SUPERMIX. The distance 1/8 makes ⅛ from a "iron" distance of a thriathlon – 0,5 km swimming, 22 km cycle race, 5 km run, and 1/4 – 1 km swimming, 45 km cycle race, 10 km run. SUPERMIX – serial passing of both distances – 1/4 and 1/8 with a short break (2 hours). The result was estimated in separate offset on total time of passing of two distances.
