The first governor Sverdlovsk Region and one of authors of idea of "The Ural republic" Edurad Rossel will leave Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation after elections of the governor in September, 2022. About it reports newspaper "Kommersant" with reference to sources.
