The deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Eugenie Alekseevich Fedorov ("United Russia" Party) asks chapter Mintruda Anton Kotyakov to estimate expediency of the offer to exempt pensioners from duty on registration of the inherited housing. The parliamentarian paid attention that now pensioners who come into inheritance after death of the spouse or the spouse, also pay duty on registration of the property rights to real estate.
