As reported on Thursday Minfin, the subcommittee of the governmental commission on control behind implementation of foreign investments to Russian Federation made on June 21 the decision to allow exporters to enlist received from nonresidents under the foreign trade contracts currency into the accounts abroad without its obligatory return to authorized banks.
