The order of Government of the Russian Federation made changes to strategy of spatial developments (SPR) till 2025. The document is prepared Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation at the request of Government of the Russian Federation and is synchronized with a strategic initiative "The cities of great opportunities and small forms of moving".
