Chambers adjust on waste

State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted the law, urged to beat off at motorists hunting to litter. The penalty to 200 thousand rubles with confiscation of the vehicle threatens those who throws out garbage from automobile cars and trucks in the wood, on the bank of reservoirs and roadsides of roads. Automatic fixing of violations is provided with help phototraps. The Moscow and Moscow area authorities which plan to achieve thus eradication of unauthorized dumps over all country became the initiator of amendments.
