Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg will address to the prime minister Mikhail Mishustin with a request to return the initial military preparation (IMP) to general education schools. Deputies consider that it will motivate children to serve in army and will allow to employ officers. The document was accepted by 39 voices, against only four parliamentarians acted.
