In MINZHKH STAVROPOL KRAI reported that in 2022 the payment on carrying out capital repairs apartment houses will not raise. Now it is at the level of 2019. Since July, 2022 the contribution to capital repairs had to increase, however the governor Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov charged to keep the current tariffs. In this regard inhabitants of apartment houses will pay for overhaul 8,6–9,6 rubles for 1 square meter of living space.
