Higher education institutions Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation allocated the budgetary places for creative specialties for children of the military personnel participating in SVO in Ukraine

According to the Decree of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, in 2022 are provided additional measures of support to families of the military personnel and the staff of federal government bodies where the military service is provided. For this purpose in creative higher education institutions the quota for children of the military personnel participating in SVO in Ukraine, making 10% of total of the budgetary places is established. Children of wounded and victims can enter to the creative university by results of creative, professional tests.
