The report of chapter Sverdlovsk Region Yevgeny Kuyvashev before deputies Regionalny parlament ended with the first debate on September elections — the truth, in the correspondence format. The leader of Sverdlovsk regional committee of Communist Party of the Russian Federation Alexander Nikolaevich Ivachev suggested the governor to deprive Fund "Prezidentsky Centre B. N. Yeltsina" of the budgetary privileges or at all to close it because of "the anti-Russian activity".
