As reports periodical e-edition "Lenta.ru", in International Energy Agency recommended strongly to the countries EU to be ready to decrease in consumption of gas at least for 30%. Such statement was made in interview of information agency "Bloomberg" by the executive director of International Energy Agency Fatikh Birol who believes that Russian Federation can stop in general deliveries gas in the future winter.
