Bribes took, but power did not exceed

In Industrial district court of Stavropol of Stavropol Territory the sentence in the matter of the ex-deputy chairman of Government of the Stavropol Territory Alexander Zolotarev and the deputy minister of constructions and architecture edges Yakimov Yvan is announced. Alexander Zolotarev is found guilty of bribery (the item "in" of h. 5, h. 6 Art. 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation), but it is justified under article about instigation to excess of powers of office (h. 4 Art. 33, p.1 Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation).
