"Luzhok" turns into a dump

In Kazan in the territory (Tsaritsyno, Sovetsky rayon) on a site No. 65 the new owner makes gardening noncommercial associations "Luzhok" zasypku a ravine construction garbage. I ask to oblige it to take out garbage and to forbid zasypku, after all it badly affects an ecological situation...
