Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) tries to suspend execution of the judgment which the regulator obliged to resume action of the withdrawn license for implementation of bank operations of the credit organization — LLC KB "PLATINA". Also the regulator tries to appeal against the decision, having given the cassation complaint. Date of a court session is not appointed yet, transfers information agency "REGNUM". The cassation complaint is submitted on June 16, 2022, and the statement for stay of execution of the judgment arrived on June 23. Date of consideration of both documents is not known yet.
