Inhabitants of memorial houses cannot repair the entrances and wait for adoption of the new law

To Russian Federation suggested to repair multiroom memorial houses at the expense of budgetary funds. The relevant law already submitted for consideration in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Now to regions do not allow to spend money for internal restoration such buildings as the property in them belongs to residents. However it is too expensive to do repair independently to people. And now to local authorities will allow to help owners. The new law especially wait in Saint Petersburg. After all the majority of front doors there long ago need capital repairs...
