Court considered the criminal case brought against the former chief of Head department Federal Penitentiary Service on Nizhny Novgorod region of Nicholas Teushchakov, accused of excess of powers of office. About it reported in regional investigative management. State charge managed to prove that Nicholas Teushchakov demanded from the subordinates to give it part of the awards got by them.
