Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation urges citizens of the country going abroad to choose circumspectly the direction for travel. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends to choose for safe trips to the Balkans Turkey, Serbia or Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIG). The director of the Fourth European department Youri Pilipson declared Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He emphasized that the majority of the Balkan countries is included by Government of the Russian Federation in the list of the unfriendly.
