Prosecutor's office Schuchye district Kurgan region carried out an inspection according to the address of the citizen belonging to category of orphan children about violation of requirements of the legislation on an order of consideration of addresses of citizens. It is established that at the answer direction to the citizen officials of regional administration did not provide comprehensive consideration of the address. The necessary measures directed on restoration or protection of the violated rights, legitimate interests of the applicant are not accepted, moreover one of arguments of the address is ignored.
