Baranovichi and Russian Kuznetsk became twin-cities

The agreement on twinning is signed today. Communications between the cities will be based by the principle of partnership and mutual trust. Arrangements fastened with the signatures the chairman of Baranovichsky city executive committee Youri Gromakovsky and the head of administration Kuznetsk Sergei Aleksandrovich Zlatogorsky.
