To Republic of Bashkortostan lives more citizens, than in other regions Volga Federal District

Ufa, on June 20, LLC "FederalPress". On preliminary results of population census, Republic of Bashkortostan became the most occupied subject Volga Federal District. By number of people the republic takes the seventh place over the country. "Following the results of All-Russian population census 2021, in the republic constantly there live 4,091 million people, on this indicator the region wins first place to Volga Federal District and the seventh among subjects Russian Federation", – the head Bashstata Akram Ganiev reported. In the capital of the republic to Ufa lives 1,16 million people. In 11 years the population in Ufa grew up by 9%, to Republic of Bashkortostan – for 0,5%.
