ROSGVARDIYA and Ministry internal affairs of Kyrgyz Republic concluded the cooperation agreement

The Minister of Internal Affairs Ulan Omokanovich Niyazbekov and the commander-in-chief ROSGVARDIYA Victor Nikolaevich Strigunov signed the cooperation agreement between Ministry internal affairs of Kyrgyz Republic and ROSGVARDIYA. It became known of it during working visit of the head of the Kyrgyz militia department to Moscow.
