Federal law of the Russian Federation of 29 December 1995 No. 223-FZ "On the Family Code of the Russian Federation" to parents assigned a duty to support the minor children. In case parents do not provide the contents to the minor children, funds for the maintenance of minor children (alimony) are collected from parents in a judicial order. At education debts because of the person, obliged to pay the alimony according to the solution of vessels, the perpetrator pays to the recipient of the alimony a penalty of the one tenth percent from the sum of the unpaid alimony per every day delays.
