Alexander Vuchich: Sergey Lavrov — not the godfather of an initiative "the Open Balkans"

The Minister of Foreign Affairs Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov was not "godfather" of an initiative of OpenBalkan ("the Open Balkans"). The president declared Serbia Alexander Vuchich on June 9 at final conference of the summit of OpenBalkan in Municipality of Ohrid (Macedonia). By words Alexander Vuchich, this project "completely belongs to the Balkan people", and in initiative preparation, except it, Northern Macedonia Zoran Zaev and the acting head of the government Albania Ram Edi participated the former prime minister.
