Court upheld house arrest to the rector of VShSI Anatoly Polyankin

City Court of the Moskovka settlement recognized lawful extension of house arrest to the rector of the Highest schools theatrics ("Theater school Konstantina Raykina", VShSI) to Anatoly Polyankin, accused on the case of fraud in especially large size.
