The head of office of chapter of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland Mijal Pavel Dvorchik declared that the infrastructure of the country is not ready to exporting 50 million tons of grain which went earlier from the ports of the Black Sea to North Africa Warsaw, on June 8. information agency "ITAR-TASS".
