Federal Antimonopoly Service will not punish the regional authorities for urgent government purchases at one supplier

The regional authorities will acquire an exclusive right to define new cases and an order of purchases at the only contractor, and also possibility of modification of essential conditions contracts. The bill of it is adopted by State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the first reading. The document enters the moratorium on application of an antimonopoly ban at adoption of such decisions on expeditious purchases for the state and municipal needs.
